Villetta Silvia is the ideal place to spend your holiday of relaxation and tranquility, in contact with nature and very close to the sea. It is situated in a quiet and reserved part of the village of Prade/Schiopparello, opposite the Gulf of Portoferraio. Villetta Silvia enjoys an enviable location for its proximity to the sea – especially the beach of Prade, from where you can admire both the harbour and the castle Volterraio – and the main towns of Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and their beautiful beaches.
The Villetta is surrounded by a large garden with a play area for children, deck chairs, umbrellas, table and chairs and barbecue: in the shade of tall pine trees, you can enjoy pleasant relaxation on your return from the beach or during the hottest hours of the day. The beautiful park that surrounds the property is completely fenced and closed by a gated: this will allow you to bring your animals too for a relaxing holiday!
The clean and well cared for interior, was recently renovated (2017) and includes:
- living room with dining area, TV and sofa-bed (sleeping two people)
- kitchen with oven and dishwasher
- bathroom (renewed in 2019)
- two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds
Facilities: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, parking space, outdoor shower, games for children, equipment for outdoor relaxation, wi-fi, air conditioning and mosquito nets at the windows.

How to reach us from Portoferraio
Once you exit Portoferraio, follow the signs to Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.
Turn left at the junction for Bagnaia, Schiopparello, Magazzini and continue to the Bar “La Curva”.
Take the road to the right of the Bar (between the latter and a small car park), and go up to a little bridge at the end of the road, on the right.
Go over the bridge and take the first left: Villetta Silvia is the second house on the left, at number 181.
