The villa is available: June and July (with weekly stays from Mondays to Mondays) – from October to May (monthly stays).
This spacious and truly characteristic villa with a beautiful garden is only 10 minutes from the old part in Carpani in Portoferraio and 5 minutes from the port, and is within walking distance of most of the main facilities (a chemist’s, a supermarket, a petrol station….) as well as very near some of the Island of Elba’s most beautiful beaches, for example le Ghiaie, Sansone, Capobianco and l’Enfola.
The villa was built in the 60s and the aim was to re-create the style of the past: the rooms are large, suitable either for one large family or for several small families (perfect for 6 people or a maximum of 8). The rooms are made up as follows:
- on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a large stairway that leads to the first floor where you will find a spacious dining room with an open fire, a landing, a kitchen, a dining room, a pantry, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
- on the first floor: a covered balcony with a special reading corner, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), two large bathrooms and two terraces.
The villa has two separate entrances: one from the garden, just by going up one or two steps that lead to a terrace, and the other from the kitchen. There are plants all over the garden and there is also a small orchard and a covered, shared area, so if you choose to sit there and cool off in the shade you will practically forget that in actual fact you are only a short distance from the built up area. All the rooms have high ceilings, are spacious and elegantly furnished so all this plus the fact that you are just a few steps from the main facilities means the villa is definitely one of a kind.
Nearby beaches: Sansone, Prunini, Capobianco, Enfola, Ghiaie.
